About the position

We are seeking a driven inside sales representative to join our growing team in Syracuse, NY. This on-site role focuses on prospecting and converting qualified leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about selling a product they believe in and eager to maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Two years of previous sales experience
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Previous experience with in-person and telephone sales, customer service, and customer relations
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass a background check
