About the position

The Client Representative at Noble Bronze is responsible for guiding inbound clients through the process of purchasing bronze commemorations, primarily through phone and email communication. Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the purchase process of bronze commemorations via phone and email.
• Conduct initial discussions to determine client product needs.
• Assess and send design requirements to the Art Department.
• Follow up with clients after design proposals are sent.
• Add new clients to the sales funnel regularly.
