About the position

The Client Revenue Analyst will be the primary contact for managing the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, focusing on enhancing cash flow and realization while minimizing lock-up. This role involves coordinating billing and collection efforts across various teams and ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to advise Partners on inventory management and improve financial performance and client service related to billing and collections.
• Understand all aspects of the Q2C process and guide lawyers and personnel in addressing process issues, coordinating with finance functions as needed.
• Implement client Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines to ensure compliance and timely payment of invoices.
• Support leadership on agreed initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or related areas.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in Finance Operations or Finance Shared Services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
• Experience in a Professional Services organization is a plus.
• Ability to resolve complex problems in a structured manner within a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to influence and consult with senior leaders on finance processes and compliance.
• Strong networking and collaboration skills with regional and global teams.
