The Client Sales & Account Manager at Team Vertex is responsible for enhancing the partnership between clients and retail teams, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct interactions. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store employees, management teams, and client territory representatives.
  • Strategically manage assigned sales territory to identify opportunities for customer engagement and new lead generation.
  • Conduct in-store customer consultations, understanding needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Actively meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals to drive client revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all client and company policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement, creating strategies for continued growth.
  • Attend weekly sales training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on client promotions, product features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to implement promotional campaigns effectively, driving foot traffic and customer engagement.
  • Provide detailed daily and weekly updates to leadership on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or retail consulting.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across multiple levels.
  • Skilled in conducting face-to-face customer interactions and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance and effective territory management.
