About the position

The Client Service and Product Support Specialist at ADP plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of activities and processes within the Retirement Trust Services team. This position involves providing administrative support, managing client communications, and utilizing Microsoft applications to assist in various tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex clerical, administrative and office support activities.
• Create spreadsheets, presentations and other documents, file and fax as directed.
• Follow standardized formats and established internal procedures.
• Assemble and compile statistics and data from established sources as directed.
• Create formulas/formats of moderate complexity.
• Provide support to leaders and department as required.
• Make outbound calls to clients, Department of Labor and other government agencies.
• Organize correspondence and email; respond to requests for information.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment.
• Experience using Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Able to work in a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office/2 days at home).
• High School diploma or equivalent education/experience.
