About the position

The Client Service and Product Support Specialist at ADP plays a crucial role in supporting the Retirement Trust Team. This position involves performing various clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department. The specialist will engage with clients and government agencies, utilizing their organizational skills and Microsoft applications expertise to enhance service delivery and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderately complex clerical, administrative and office support activities
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations and other documents, file and fax as directed
  • Follow standardized formats and established internal procedures
  • Assemble and compile statistics and data from established sources as directed
  • Create formulas/formats of moderate complexity
  • Provide support to leaders and department as required
  • Make outbound calls to clients, Department of Labor and other government agencies
  • Organize correspondence and email; respond to requests for information

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment
  • Experience using Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Able to work in a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office/2 days at home)
  • High School diploma or equivalent education/experience
