- Handle a variety of customer interactions, ensuring a resolution that meets customer needs.
- Engage in team activities and career coaching to enhance personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication.
- Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy toward diverse customers.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in various environments, including remote and in-office settings.
- Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues.
