About the position

The Client Service Associate (CSA) position at Fiduciary Trust International focuses on managing client relationships for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. This role involves overseeing operational and administrative aspects of client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and communication. The CSA will work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall client experience and supporting the firm's commitment to fiduciary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts for UHNW clients and families, including multi-generational family accounts.
• Regular interaction with a highly sophisticated client base.
• Working on a three-person client relationship management team, including a Portfolio Manager, to ensure high levels of client relationship management and follow-up.
• Movement of client money, processing wire transfers, and onboarding new clients into the organization.
• Alternative investment administration.
• Active participation in client meetings and handling ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years' professional work experience in a client-facing role required.
• Financial Services industry experience required.
• Experience working in the high-net-worth (HNW) space, private wealth management, a family office, or with a registered investment advisor (RIA) preferred.
• A team player with effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as work effectively with other departments.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Superior communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating to a sophisticated client base.
