About the position

The Client Service Associate (CSA) position at Fiduciary Trust International is designed for individuals who are client-focused and have experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families. The CSA will oversee the operational and administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and support for ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role is integral to the Relationship Management team, providing opportunities to engage with sophisticated clients and participate in various client-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts for ultra-high-net-worth clients and families, including multi-generational family accounts.
• Regular interaction with a highly sophisticated client base.
• Working on a three-person client relationship management team, including a Portfolio Manager, to ensure high-level client relationship management and follow-up.
• Movement of client money, processing wire transfers, and onboarding new clients into the organization.
• Alternative investment administration.
• Active participation in client meetings and handling ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years' professional work experience in a client-facing role required
• Financial Services industry experience required
• Experience working in the high-net-worth (HNW) space, private wealth management, a family office, or with a registered investment advisor (RIA) preferred
• A team player with effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as work effectively with other departments
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Superior communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating to a sophisticated client base.
