About the position

The Client Service Associate at HUB International plays a crucial role in managing a growing book of business for the Holly's Health Talks platform. This position focuses on retaining current clients and onboarding new clients by providing professional and courteous service to clients, business partners, and colleagues. The role emphasizes quality customer service, effective communication, and organizational skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to existing and new accounts.
• Oversee the preparation and implementation of all contracts, paperwork, and internal processing on accounts.
• Implement Client Service Plans as directed by account team and/or Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned.
• Work with client's IT department to ensure deliverables can be emailed to employees.
• Own tracking and deliverability and viewership.
• Pursue a program for personal and professional development.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Comfortable in learning programs such as online portals, Airtable, SproutVideo.
• A high school diploma with some college preferred.
• Above average telephone techniques and the ability to effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients as well as other staff members.
• Ability and willingness to utilize the company's computer system and software required.
• Good typing skills with an ability to compose clear and concise letters required.
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions required.
• Organizational skills required.
• High attention to detail essential.
