The Client Service Associate role at a financial planning and wealth management firm in Wayland, MA, focuses on providing exceptional client service and support. Associates will receive comprehensive training and coaching to enhance their professional capabilities and contribute to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Operations to provide an exceptional experience for clients.
  • Provide service and support functions such as account opening/maintenance and client meeting preparation.
  • Conduct money movement transactions (e.g., wires).
  • Maintain the firm's digital files in adherence to a standardized filing system.
  • Organize and maintain all client and prospective client information in the firm's CRM.
  • Facilitate CRM-based procedures to ensure completion of operations tasks.
  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in examining firm procedures for compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Track and prepare for relevant compliance rule changes with the CCO.
  • Track and record firm activities to grow client relationships and satisfy compliance requirements.
  • Produce reports from the firm's custodian, CRM, and other platforms to support operations and compliance programs.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with excellence in academics and strong leadership experience.
  • High ethical and professional standards.
  • Client-focused and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Notable attention to detail and self-initiated follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Genuine interest in wealth management operations, compliance, and client service.
