The Client Account Services (CAS) team is responsible for managing the creation and maintenance of Foreign Exchange records, Reference Data, and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI). As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Foreign Exchange teams by ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. This position requires a strong understanding of the financial markets and the securities industry, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service to both internal partners and clients. You will be expected to adhere to global funds transfer policies and regulatory rules, ensuring compliance standards are met at all times. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining a consistently elevated level of awareness around potential issues and resolving exceptions promptly. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining Foreign Exchange instructions for multiple teams, which requires a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various stakeholders will be essential to your success in this position. This is a contract position based in Newark, DE, with a pay rate of $31 per hour. The initial contract duration is six months, with the potential for the role to become permanent based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, along with excellent client focus and customer care practices.
