CLIENT SERVICE CENTER TRAINING MANAGER

About the position

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Manager to join our dynamic Client Services team in Irving, TX. This role focuses on building team capabilities through best-in-class learning solutions, fostering a culture of learning and development within a luxury environment. The Training Manager will be responsible for new-hire orientation, onboarding processes, and continuously assessing the effectiveness of training to enhance the client experience and develop team skills.

Responsibilities

• Create diverse instructional materials (graphics, agendas, presentations, etc.).
• Develop engaging training content (videos, e-learning, workshops, etc.) for core competencies such as customer experience, selling behaviors, product knowledge, professional & leadership skills, and compliance.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training programs.
• Provide coaching and 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand target audience needs and learning outcomes.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design systems to develop effective programs.
• Measure and provide feedback on training effectiveness and ROI.
• Ensure timely updates to training content.
• Manage the Learning & Communication platform, including content development, translation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Champion a culture of service, learning, performance, and empowerment.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience designing and delivering training programs, ideally within a sales, marketing, or customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in instructional design using the ADDIE model.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English; French or Spanish is an asset.
• Ability to maintain a suitable home internet connection for remote work.
