About the position

ADP is hiring a Client Service Consultant who will serve as the front-line for solving client challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and training users on ADP technology. This role is crucial for maintaining ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction, particularly for clients with over 1,000 employees. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven call center environment, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded while fostering a culture of collaboration and belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues in system setup, product functionality, and general client inquiries.
  • Analyze complex client requirements for payroll, benefits, time, and human resources policy and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and representatives to resolve issues and exceed client expectations.
  • Organize daily tasks, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up to clients.
  • Leverage product knowledge to provide solutions and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Prior client service or systems integration experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
