About the position
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a crucial role in managing the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care. This position aims to maximize the productivity of the veterinary medical team while providing exceptional service to clients and their pets in a welcoming environment. The CSC is responsible for promoting hospital services, educating clients about pet health, and managing administrative tasks to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
- Maximize the productivity of the veterinary medical team.
- Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
- Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
- Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry.
- Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following proper procedures.
- Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
