The Client Service Coordinator - Associate role at Robert Half is essential for providing administrative support and customer service within the financial services sector. Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative support to both the office and individual advisors.
  • Manage inbound client calls, ensuring their inquiries are answered and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Organize schedules, coordinate meetings and conferences ensuring smooth operations.
  • Keep accurate records and files, ensuring all information is current.
  • Distribute incoming mail promptly and systematically.
  • Lead special projects as required, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Utilize digital tools, including Microsoft Office, to manage tasks and communication effectively.
  • Monitor office supplies and replenish as necessary.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with clients, both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Demonstrated typing skills, preferably with a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Proficient in digital technologies, including office suite and CRM software
  • Experience in filing and organizing documents both physically and digitally
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable in setting up and participating in conference calls
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector is preferable
  • Ability to lead and manage special projects as assigned
  • Willingness to work onsite and coordinate with team members
  • Responsible for distributing incoming mail in a timely and organized manner
  • Familiarity with ST Microcontroller technology
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
