The Client Service Coordinator at HairClub plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and facilitating their scheduling needs. The role involves interacting with clients, managing appointments, and supporting the styling team, all while ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all clients & visitors promptly with a smile and positive attitude.
  • Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and directing calls as needed.
  • Accurately enters all client transactions, selecting the correct service/product codes.
  • Manages scheduling activities including advance booking, wait times, and appointment confirmations.
  • Supports the styling team with scheduling, documentation, and communication of appointment changes.
  • Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of previous high-paced guest service experience.
  • Experience with point of sale systems or other business software.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the company.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Professional image.
