About The Position

The Client Services Coordinator will support a team of brokers by coordinating the preparation and submission of customized property information packages. This role involves acting as a liaison with marketing and research groups, organizing meetings, and maintaining databases, all while ensuring high-quality service to clients.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of real estate experience is required.
  • H.S Diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; InDesign is highly preferred.
  • 5 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • 3 years of real estate administrative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support a pool of brokers in their local office.
  • Review marketing material specifications and act as a point of contact with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups.
  • Coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing, and client-specific property data.
  • Organize the preparation and production of customized property information packages in response to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Coordinate complex on/offsite meetings and conferences.
  • Schedule appointments, keep calendars, and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.
  • Update and maintain various information databases.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates.
