About the position
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) at Banfield Pet Hospital plays a crucial role in managing the flow of clients and pets through the hospital. The CSC is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, educating clients about services, and promoting the hospital's wellness plans, ultimately influencing client retention and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
- Maximize the productivity of the veterinary medical team.
- Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
- Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
- Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry.
- Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following proper procedures.
- Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
- Promote hospital services to recruit new clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old for duties involving radiography.
- One year of related experience required, preferably in customer service.
- Medical background with training in medical terminology is preferred.
