The Client Service Coordinator at HairClub plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and facilitating their scheduling needs. This position is designed for energetic and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping clients regain their confidence through hair loss solutions. The role involves direct interaction with clients, providing support throughout their hair loss journey, and ensuring a positive experience at the salon.

Responsibilities

• Greets all clients & visitors promptly with a smile and positive attitude.
• Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and directing calls as needed.
• Accurately enters all client transactions, selecting the correct service/product codes.
• Manages scheduling activities including advance booking, wait times, and appointment confirmations.
• Supports the styling team with scheduling, documentation, and communication of appointment changes.
• Performs various administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of previous high-paced guest service experience.
• Experience with point of sale systems or other business software.
• Ability to communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the company.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional image.
