About the position

Responsibilities
- Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
- Maximize the productivity of the veterinary medical team.
- Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
- Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
- Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry.
- Manage outgoing client interactions, including providing instructions and invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial balances and follow proper procedures.
- Conduct necessary administrative functions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 18 years old for duties involving radiography.
- One year of related experience required, preferably in customer service.
- Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) preferred.
