As a Client Service Delivery Analyst within Nasdaq's Compliance and Board Advisory Operations, you will play a crucial role in enhancing corporate governance solutions for both corporate and not-for-profit boards. This position is part of a dynamic team that integrates digital solutions into the governance landscape, ensuring that our clients receive tailored support and comprehensive analytical results. You will be responsible for designing assessments and questionnaires on our proprietary EnGauge platform, which is essential for gathering insights and feedback from directors and officers. Your work will involve compiling analytical reports using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF, as well as performing digital transcription and editing of assessments and questionnaires. In this role, you will also identify areas for efficiency improvements when digitizing client forms into the EnGauge platform. Communication is key, as you will interact with clients to assist them with any EnGauge-related questions or technical issues, ensuring a smooth experience. You will supervise client project tasks and interactions through a customer relationship management (CRM) system, which will require strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Operations team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to identify client opportunities and drive success, making your contributions vital to the overall effectiveness of our services.
