About the position

As a Client Service Delivery Analyst within Nasdaq's Compliance and Board Advisory Operations, you will play a crucial role in enhancing corporate governance solutions for both corporate and not-for-profit boards. This position is part of a dynamic team that integrates digital solutions into the governance landscape, ensuring that our clients receive tailored support and comprehensive analytical results. You will be responsible for designing assessments and questionnaires on our proprietary EnGauge platform, which is essential for gathering insights and feedback from directors and officers. Your work will involve compiling analytical reports using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF, as well as performing digital transcription and editing of assessments and questionnaires. In this role, you will also identify areas for efficiency improvements when digitizing client forms into the EnGauge platform. Communication is key, as you will interact with clients to assist them with any EnGauge-related questions or technical issues, ensuring a smooth experience. You will supervise client project tasks and interactions through a customer relationship management (CRM) system, which will require strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Operations team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to identify client opportunities and drive success, making your contributions vital to the overall effectiveness of our services. Responsibilities

  • Design Assessments and Questionnaires on our native EnGauge platform
  • Compile analytical reports using the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools
  • Digital transcription, editing, and reporting of assessments & questionnaires
  • Identify areas of efficiency when digitizing a client form into our native EnGauge platform
  • Identify and communicate errors/risks with Management and Project Management Team
  • Interact and assist clients with EnGauge related questions or technical errors via e-mail and telephone
  • Supervise client project tasks and interactions through a customer relationship management (CRM) system

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Education, Psychology, English, etc.)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a formal business setting with B2B client experience
  • Strong command of the English language and excellent editing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy (particularly in formatting documents, proofreading, and client communication)
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Computer savvy with ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to communicate timely status updates to Operations and Project Management Team
  • Good interpersonal communication and comfort collaborating with team members
  • Dedication to comply to all company policies and procedures
