About the position

As a Client Service Healthcare Associate at Guidepoint, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' decision-making processes by connecting them with the right experts. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique business questions posed by clients and identify the experts who can provide the necessary insights. This position is designed for recent graduates, offering a unique opportunity to apply core business skills in a real-world setting while gaining exposure to various industries and disciplines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop effective strategies for fulfilling client project requests. You will utilize various resources, including LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, to identify and recruit the best experts from our extensive network of over 1,250,000 Guidepoint Advisors. Your ability to screen these experts will be essential in determining their suitability for specific client projects, and you will be responsible for creating professional profiles to present to clients. The Associate position is not only about connecting clients with experts; it also involves honing your project management and customer service skills through built-in mentorship and hands-on leadership. Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request
  • Utilize LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify the best experts for our clients
  • Identify the best leads and invite them to join our network to participate in consultations with our clients
  • Screen experts to determine their suitability for each specific client project
  • Develop professional profiles to present to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
  • Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience
  • Work authorization required
