About the position

The Client Service Manager II at Gallagher is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with service standards. This role involves leading the renewal process, securing existing business, and driving the sale of additional services. The position requires collaboration with the sales team and mentoring of team members to address clients' risk management needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure high-quality and timely solutions for clients.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Guide team members in addressing clients' risk management needs through consultative conversations.
• Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning and feedback.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data within Gallagher systems.
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with a minimum of 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
