Your responsibilities will include tax deposits and filing, as well as serving as ADP's frontline for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and assisting clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. As a Client Service & Product Support Specialist, you will be expected to assist clients with tax deposits and filing, manage inquiries from state and federal agencies, and build relationships with clients to exceed their expectations in every interaction. You will leverage your knowledge of ADP products and services to provide solutions and recommendations for best practices and training. To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of client service or call center experience, or a minimum of four years of experience in an insurance or financial institution. Your communication style should be clear and easy for clients to understand, and you must be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. While a college degree is preferred, it is not required if you have the necessary skills and experience. Military experience is also valued, as it brings unique talents and problem-solving abilities to the table. Bonus points will be given for candidates with at least three years of payroll tax experience.
