About the position

ADP is seeking a Client Service & Product Support Specialist - Tax to provide high-quality tax service to clients. This role involves assisting with tax deposits and filings, resolving client issues, and maintaining effective communication through phone, email, or chat. The position emphasizes adaptability, empathy, and organization, ensuring client satisfaction in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with tax deposits and filing.
  • Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
  • Help clients solve problems and provide solutions.
  • Build relationships with clients through various communication channels.
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction by troubleshooting payroll and tax issues.

Requirements

  • At least two years of client service and/or call center experience or four years of experience in Insurance/Financial Institutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • At least three years of Payroll Tax experience preferred.
