About the position

The Client Service Representative at Christian Dior Couture is responsible for managing the day-to-day client service functions within the boutique. This role involves coordinating various operational aspects, including the POS system, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, and loss prevention, while ensuring high levels of client service and assisting in overall boutique operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the POS system and manage aftersales processes.
  • Handle phone communication and maintain cash integrity.
  • Oversee inventory control and implement loss prevention strategies.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support boutique operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting.
