About the position
The Client Service Representative (CSR) at Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client service by managing insurance, benefit, and risk management programs. The CSR is responsible for executing policy changes, providing evidence of insurance, and creating proposals that simplify complex programs for clients. This position requires collaboration with the account servicing team to address client inquiries, manage client data, and maintain service integrity, all while fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers, Producers, and Account Executives in executing the service strategy for clients.
- Process plan changes as requested by clients, ensuring consistency and proper documentation.
- Build personalized client relationships through effective communication channels.
- Explain coverage terms and program options to clients using insurance knowledge and communication skills.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and cohesive service execution.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize workload and client service requests.
- Maintain accurate client data in agency management systems, including policy details and activities.
- Achieve data integrity and meet quality metrics and goals consistently.
- Follow established processes and procedures in servicing workflow, documenting client interactions appropriately.
- Utilize internal resources to ensure efficiency in service execution.
Requirements
- Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health upon hire.
- BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field (preferred).
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
