About the position

The Client Service Representative role at Broadridge is a temporary contract position focused on providing exceptional client service during the busy season. The representative will work remotely, collaborating with the Client Facing team to ensure the accuracy of financial documents and data entry into a tracking database. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Creation of financial documents and approval process using Adobe suite of software products
• Managing internal and external clients
• Checking the accuracy of forms and entering data into a tracking database
• Communicating directly with clients and internal departments
• Maintaining a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while adhering to strict deadlines
• Utilizing time management skills to handle high seasonal volumes

Requirements

• Strong client services background
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to understand project scope, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access
• Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software applications easily
