About the position

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years of customer service related experience preferred, with benefits related experience preferred.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data-entry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in benefit administration or related fields.
  • Call center experience.
