About the position

The Client Service Representative position at United Staffing involves providing exceptional support to clients in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on answering incoming calls, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving established goals and promoting services.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and support sales by phone.
• Respond to inquiries, take orders, and process returns.
• Build and retain relationships with clients.
• Accomplish established goals.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to clients.
• Troubleshoot and help clients resolve issues.
• Perform additional communication duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2 years' experience in sales and/or the healthcare field is an asset, however, we are willing to train the right person.
• A positive attitude and a go-getter.
• A problem-solver and highly adaptable to business changes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of communication tools (CRM, Mailchimp, Zoom, Social Media) is an asset.
