The Client Service Representative at COUNTRY Financial is a hybrid role focused on delivering exceptional client service and support. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, web, and email to resolve inquiries related to client services and billing.
- Complete calculations and transactions accurately to make policy changes and modify coverage.
- Enter communication records and data into company systems for information transfer and reporting.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and web inquiries in a production environment.
- Own timely resolution of complex service situations and minimize client effort.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing sales, retail, or food service role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly computer literate, able to use multiple programs simultaneously.
- Background in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in financial services.
