About the position

The Client Service Representative III (CSR III) at United Business Bank is responsible for providing a range of banking services to clients, including processing transactions and assisting with account management. This onsite role emphasizes customer service and requires a thorough understanding of banking operations and products. The CSR III plays a key role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions for clients in person, via phone, through the mail, and online banking.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, stop payments, and wires.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Open and close accounts, renew certificates of deposit, and assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account issues.
• Answer client questions regarding the bank's products and services and perform account maintenance duties.
• Actively cross-sell the bank's products and services and process applications for online banking systems.
• Perform assigned clerical functions and assist the Branch Manager and/or Client Service Manager with other duties as assigned.
• Assist clients promptly, courteously, efficiently, and professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of Teller and new account experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account, and Operations procedures.
• Thorough understanding of banking products, services, and operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.
