Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Drives the client experience
• Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Processes transactions accurately and efficiently
• Introduces products and services that meet client needs
• Educates clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies
• Ensures clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate to meet their needs

• Passion and commitment to improve clients' financial lives
• Effective and confident communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Follows established processes and guidelines
• Comfortable discussing financial goals with clients
• Minimum six months of client service experience in financial services, retail sales, or another results-driven environment
• Minimum six months of experience offering solutions based on client needs
• Completion of Bank of America financial center internship program in lieu of experience
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals
