• Completes and files documentation required for risk acceptance determination.
• Verifies complete and proper coding.
• Services the designated book of business as it relates to administration, including handling invoices and setting up files.
• Confirms appropriate filings in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Maintains compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of related experience and/or training in the customer or client services field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Exceptional and professional written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
