Perkiomen Animal Hospital in Palm is looking for an upbeat, positive, detail-oriented individual to expand our exceptional veterinary health care team. The Client Service Representative position serves a critical role in the relationships we have with clients, as they serve to ensure that our patients are looked after long before and after their visit to the hospital. The responsibilities would include, Welcoming daily appointments, including check in and check out procedures Medical records processing Answering incoming and making outgoing phone calls Scheduling appointments Responding to all client communications; emails, text messages, and voicemails Processing invoices / payments Requirements to apply: Genuine care for pets, your fellow team members, and clients Proven experience in client services along with very strong communications skills. Passion for educating and collaborating with clients and staff Availability for several afternoon /evening shifts per week along with alternating Saturday daytime shift.
