About the position

The Client Service Representative role is a fully remote, entry-level position focused on assisting retirees with inquiries related to banking products and services. The contractor will be responsible for providing information, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks to ensure a high level of client satisfaction during the busy tax season.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from retirees regarding banking products and services.
• Respond to inquiries by providing requested information or referring to the appropriate area for resolution.
• Perform administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
• Research and resolve inquiries, communicating resolutions to appropriate parties.
• Participate in training sessions including classroom training, online courses, job shadowing, and call certification.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a client servicing environment, particularly handling back-to-back phone calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to learn multiple computer applications quickly.
• Stable internet connection and ability to hard wire into a router/modem for remote work.
• Must pass a security background check.
