About the position

The Client Service Representative role is a fully remote, entry-level position focused on assisting retirees with inquiries related to banking products and services. The contractor will be responsible for providing information, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks to ensure a high level of client satisfaction during the busy tax season.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from retirees of our clients.
• Respond to inquiries by providing requested information or referring to the appropriate area for resolution.
• Perform administrative/data entry tasks.
• Research and resolve inquiries and communicate resolutions to appropriate parties.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional and well-spoken demeanor.
• Experience in a client servicing environment, particularly handling back-to-back phone calls.
• Good writing and typing skills.
• Ability to learn multiple computer applications to complete work.
• Internet savvy to assist retirees in setting up and navigating online applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Patient and understanding attitude to work with an older population.
• Stable internet connection and ability to hard wire into a router/modem for remote work.
• Ability to pass a security background check.

• Spanish speaking candidates are highly preferred.
