The Zelis Payments Client Service Representative is a key member of a supportive team dedicated to addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding payment processes and products. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from provider clients to answer questions regarding their payments and enrollment.
  • Resolve outstanding issues related to payments, including explaining electronic payment options.
  • Assist providers in signing up for direct electronic funds transfer products and guide them through the registration process.
  • Navigate Zelis platforms efficiently to provide quick and thorough responses to clients with a focus on first call resolution.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Zelis Payments products and solutions, as well as company policies related to provider privacy.
  • Maintain scheduled adherence and productivity throughout the shift.
  • Consistently meet monthly stat expectations and attendance goals.
  • Display a positive attitude in all interactions.

Requirements
