Responsibilities
- Answer phones and obtain patient demographics and insurance information.
- Verify patient's insurance coverage and collect co-payments/deductibles.
- Schedule appointments and make reminder calls.
- Maintain patient data up to date.
- Maintain medical records.
- Respond to patient queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Clean and maintain office space.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
