About the position
The Client Service Representative role is a fully remote, entry-level position focused on assisting retirees with inquiries related to banking products and services. The contractor will be responsible for providing information, resolving inquiries, and performing administrative tasks, particularly during the busy tax season.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls from retirees regarding banking products and services.
- Respond to inquiries by providing requested information or referring to the appropriate area for resolution.
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks.
- Research and resolve inquiries, communicating resolutions to appropriate parties.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a client servicing environment, particularly handling back-to-back phone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to learn multiple computer applications quickly.
- Stable internet connection and ability to hard wire into a router/modem for remote work.
- Must pass a security background check.
Nice-to-haves
- Spanish speaking candidates are highly preferred.
