Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat communications with clients.
- Uphold and contribute to a brand of setting people free to do great work.
- Develop an understanding of how information connects in BambooHR products to quickly navigate to the core of client issues.
- Guide clients in BambooHR performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems.
- Quickly think on your feet to work through complex questions and come up with creative solutions.
- Be proactive in working independently while also thriving in a team-based environment.
- Keep up to date on new features and products to maximize value for clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and co-workers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to break down complex problems and explain them in a clear and simple way.
- Articulate and concise in both written and oral English communication, with typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Strong resiliency and the ability to work past difficult situations.

- Experience with HR software or systems.
- Familiarity with performance management and applicant tracking systems.
