About the position

The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in providing operational, administrative, and sales support to Financial Consultants in the wealth management sector. This position focuses on ensuring efficient processing of operational functions while prioritizing client needs and delivering exceptional service. The role requires a blend of customer service skills, organizational abilities, and teamwork to maintain client accounts and assist with various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts.
  • Promptly answer emails and calls from clients, assisting them with various tasks.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple daily tasks using an agile approach.
  • Provide updates to advisors and managers on account statuses and requests.
  • Partner with the team to support advisors and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study.
  • 3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • FINRA Series 7, Series 63 or Series 66.
