About the position

The Bilingual Client Services Associate at SAGE Counseling is a full-time role focused on supporting the admission process for clients involved in the criminal justice system. This position involves appointment scheduling, triaging referrals, data entry, and maintaining client files, all while providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. After an initial 90-day in-person training period, the position offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for clients
• Triaging incoming referrals
• Enter data into the electronic health record
• Maintain client files
• Complete outgoing calls for services

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred
• Prior experience in the behavioral health field strongly preferred
• Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
