About the position

CLOCworks Inc. is seeking a high-performing Client Service Associate to join their rapidly growing technology company. This role focuses on delivering Energy Data-as-a-Service to schools and industrial/commercial customers in the Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota regions. The position emphasizes customer support in electrical energy optimization, fostering strong customer relationships, and utilizing custom software for data analysis to recommend energy savings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer support in electrical energy optimization for schools and industrial/commercial customers.
• Collaborate in a team culture to drive positive results.
• Use custom software to analyze data for energy savings.
• Make own schedules to meet and provide energy savings recommendations to customers after training.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and energy goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of successful experience as a customer service representative.
• No previous experience in the energy sector is necessary; training will be provided.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of an organization.
• Local travel to monthly customer meetings is required.
