About the position

The position involves providing exceptional financial planning and investment management solutions to high-net-worth clients, including families, corporate executives, and business owners. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to sophisticated clients, addressing their needs and resolving their inquiries
  • Execute performance reporting and analyze contribution and attribution effects
  • Conduct back-office reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance processes to adhere to industry standards
  • Provide support for web-based conference calls to facilitate effective communication
  • Offer international banking operational support to cater to our global clientele
  • Monitor and rebalance portfolios as needed for optimal performance
  • Utilize a variety of computer programs and accounting software systems to perform tasks effectively
  • Handle inbound calls, providing information and resolving issues as they arise
  • Perform billing functions and claim administration tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in experience at an RIA or similar organization with direct experience in interfacing with high net worth private clients
  • Licenses such as 65 or 7 are huge plus!
  • Ability to handle multiple high status client relationships and maintain organization across teams and customers to ensure effectiveness.
