Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist in managing the estate planning process, including gathering client information, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress.
  • Support trust administration tasks, such as coordinating asset transfers, funding trusts, and updating financial records.
  • Prepare and organize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related paperwork.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files and records in accordance with firm protocols.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of client matters.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding their estate plans and provide updates on case status.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure all required documentation is submitted to relevant parties.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and tracking payments.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client service role, preferably within a law firm or related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with estate planning and trust administration is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software.
  • A client-focused attitude with a commitment to providing top-notch service.
