About the position

The Client Services Coordinator at Dzeel Clinical Healthcare Staffing plays a vital role in supporting recruiting operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery for clients. This position involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating client needs, and promoting client satisfaction initiatives, all while maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen interest in the healthcare industry, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and address minor issues to support the Client Service team in managing client relationships.
  • Track and document client feedback, concerns, and requests to improve service quality.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including scheduling, tracking, and processing staff placements and assignments.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Help prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials as needed for the Operations team.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to facilitate efficient and timely staffing of client facilities.
  • Track staff placement performance and gather feedback from clients and staff to help assess satisfaction and fit.
  • Assist in managing the flow of candidate documentation and ensure all required credentials are collected and verified.
  • Assist in preparing submission documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy through thorough review and attention to detail.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing digital files, ensuring easy access and proper documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Ensure all client and staff records are compliant with company and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all placed staff meet Dzeel's quality standards and clients' specific requirements.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction with staff performance and address any issues that may arise.
  • Provide feedback to the recruiting team to help improve candidate selection processes based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative or client service roles, ideally within healthcare staffing or a similar industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
