The Client Services Coordinator at Austin Laser Solutions is a vital role focused on delivering exceptional service and support to clients in the MedSpa and Aesthetics industry. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their customer service and account management skills to enhance client satisfaction in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
• Escalate client concerns as needed to management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
• Utilize Zenoti to track client interactions, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with technicians to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Inspire, educate, and grow business relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Great customer service experience with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Slack.
• Computer knowledge with working experience using MS Office and/or Google Drive.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Medspa, Laser Hair Removal or Aesthetic experience a plus.
