About the position
The Client Services Manager, Paid Media at Gen3 Marketing LLC is responsible for leading client relationships and overseeing the development and execution of paid media strategies across various channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display. This role requires a strategic client partner who can manage multi-million-dollar budgets and ensure seamless campaign execution while collaborating with a team of paid media managers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key client business lines, managing team deadlines and campaign management.
- Host and lead campaign kick-off calls, deliver media briefs, and review campaign budget allocations.
- Collaborate with paid media managers on campaign goals, optimizations, pacing, budget management, and reporting functions.
- Review channel vendor recommendations and provide insights for client consideration.
- Develop client budget forecasts and ensure accuracy of accounting workflows from PO creation to vendor invoice fulfillment.
- Stay updated on paid media best practices and assist in team knowledge sharing and training sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience with managing multi-million-dollar client budgets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with client executives.
- Data analysis skills and experience utilizing data analysis tools for reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing B2B clients and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with managing placements across multiple ad exchanges via DSP programmatic campaigns.
